Our client is well-known and highly respected Accounting firm and they are seeking a switched-on Client Services Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, and working close with 3 other friendly Administrators, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Liaising with clients and assisting with their queries via email, phone
- Collating client Tax Returns and Financials
- Lodging Tax Returns
- Liaising with Government Agencies
- Assisting with monitoring and managing social media for the business
- Updating client details on the database
- Reception relief when required
- Additional duties as required
The successful applicant with have proven experience in a similar role, and have the following attributes:
- At least 2+ years experience in a similar role
- The ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a faced-paced environment
- Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders - both internal and external
- Detail oriented and organized
- Be part of a supportive and caring team community

- WFH up to 2 days per week!
