As a Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to predominantly B2B clients. This is an office-based role where you will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. You will work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure that our clients receive prompt and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalised support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage client accounts, including processing orders, handling billing inquiries, and updating customer information.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services.
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience in sales or account management is a plus.
