The Role
This role is for someone who wants to continue their progression in freight forwarding. We are looking for the next generation of talent to bring up through the business. The successful applicant will have:
- Strong knowledge of Freight forwarding Operations and/or Customer Service
- Proven experience in Freight Forwarding order management within Australia
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
- Sound understanding of INCO terms
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Permanent Residency / Australian Citizenship

Responsibilities include:
- Client centric role servicing clients who import freight from all over the globe
- Acts as key contact for allocated customers
- Provide quotations
- Proactively manage shipments
- Prepare regular reporting
- Attend customer meetings / reviews
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
Location: Bibra Lake / Perth
Salary: Competitive Salary (pending previous experience)
