The Clinical Administrator position supports the daily operations of First Step Fertility, patients and clients within all clinic department environments

Ideally you will bring the following to the role:
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- Min 12 months clinical administration experience (or equiv)
- Cert IV in Administration Services or equivalent qualifications
- Driver's Licence (if required for the role)
- Capacity to work in Australia
- Entry Level position (i.e. healthcare clinical administration) - Min 1 years' experience in healthcare
- Higher Level position (i.e. IVF clinical administration in nursing or admin departments) - Min 1 years' experience in healthcare and IVF industry
- Experience in the field of ART nursing and administration (advantageous)
- Demonstrated administration experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated project management skills (advantageous)
- Conflict resolution and grievance self-management
- Change Management and Continuous Improvement skills
- Demonstrated basic project management experience
- Basic to Intermediate understanding of medical reception / healthcare administration
- Intermediate to Advanced clinical administration
- Intermediate / Advanced understanding of clinical administration functions and processes
- Intermediate / Advanced understanding of MS Office / Outlook
- Basic / Intermediate understanding of Healthcare IT Platforms
- Basic / Intermediate understanding of health industry terminology
- Basic / Intermediate understanding of legislative requirements to apply to protocols, policy, processes within a healthcare environment
