Skills and Requirements
- Qualifications in a clinical profession (nursing or dermal therapist qualification desirable)
- experience with an energy-based device company (Aesthetics or Surgical).
- Strong networking with Aesthetics chains and KOL’s in the industry - preferred
- ·Design and delivers suitable clinical education and training modules that are evidence-based and reflect clinical best practice
- Understanding and familiarity with service and operations processes
- Prepare educational plans, workshops, and clinically oriented events to ensure they are presented in a timely manner
- Maintain necessary contact with key customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve the objectives of the organization.
- Develop and maintain ethical strategic business relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other key customers in individual product fields.
- Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements (Medicines Australia Code of Conduct), legal demands and ethical standards.
- Encourage an excellent working environment with full collaboration with the sales and marketing team
- ·Providing best practices of clinic consultant program to other team members for their application
- Ability to commit to regular interstate travel and occasional international travel
- Travel is estimated at up to 35% of the working time
