Clinical Nurse - Rockhampton

• Full Time/Permanent
• Monday - Friday position 
• $45-$48ph + super + salary packaging
• Work for a leading NFP provider

As the Clinical Nurse you will be supported by an experienced Facility Manager, multiple Clinical Managers & Quality Manager as well as a full time on site lifestyle, RN's, EN's and carers.

The Role:

• Assisting with staff training and development
• Ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements
• Make sure the residents receive the highest level of clinical care
• Making sure performance standards are met and maintained
• Leading the team of care staff
• Reporting to the Clinical Manager

Requirements:

• Qualified Registered Nurse with Aged Care experience is a MUST
• Senior RN or CN experience in residential aged care required
• Must have excellent Clinical knowledge
• Understanding of quality and legislation
• Looking for someone who is hands-on and will make themselves visible on the floor  
• An active participant in continuous improvement activities
