Our client is an industry leading manufacturing company who have been operating across Australia for 20 years. They are renowned for their well designed and easily maintained products which serve purposes across multiple sectors.
Due to a recent retirement, an outstanding opportunity has become available to join an outstanding finance team on a 3-month temporary basis with a high possibility of the role becoming permanent. You will be a part of team of four and reporting directly to the finance manager.
Your duties will include:
- Collections: Following up debtor payments for those overdue – email and phone
- Answering debtor queries through phone, email
- Helping the operations team with any invoice queries
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
- Weekly debtor summaries/reports
The ideal candidate is immediately available and has 3+ years experience with a Collections/Credit or similar accounting role. Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal are critical to a successful application.
The office is based in the eastern suburbs around Botany and Mascot. They provide on-site parking and are within walking distance to public transport as well as 3 days WFH.
