Your new role:

As a Collections Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial well-being of our company. Responsibilities include generating accurate and timely invoices, addressing billing discrepancies, recording and reconciling customer payments, monitoring overdue accounts, collaborating with sales and customer service teams and reconciling the accounts receivable ledger. You will maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service and issue resolution. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall financial success of our organisation.

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• At least 3 years of solid all-round experience in Credit Control and a basic understanding of business bookkeeping processes
• Solid understanding of credit control, debt collection policies and PPSR registration regulations, along with a strong familiarity of the “Debt Collection Guidelines” provided by the ACCC and PPSR regulations
• Highly analytical
• Experience with ERP systems and excellent MS Excel skills are required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
