Marist College Ashgrove is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 5-12, situated in Brisbane's inner Northern suburbs. Inspired by the work of St Marcellin Champagnat, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent academic and career pathway results for our inclusive community of students.
The College is currently taking expressions of interest for a College Receptionist. This is a part-time position working 2-3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) working in college terms. It is classified at Level 3 on the School Officer Classification scale ($32.21 per hour). Daily hours vary between 7:30am – 4.00pm.
Essential Selection Criteria: * Applicants must hold a Current Blue Card (Working with Children)
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving ability;
- Capacity to be working on a number of tasks at the same time according to designated priority;
- Demonstrated strong organisational skills;
- Experience in using contemporary computer applications (knowledge of the TASS system would be advantageous); and
- Commitment to the Catholic and Marist ethos of the College
