At NZAgbiz we specialise in providing the best in Dairy based Animal Nutrition across Calf, Lamb, Goat and other species. Our product range also includes supplements to support Animal health from Probiotics to Electrolytes. We are on the lookout for the next superstar to support our Commercial Manager in this role we see you provide high-level administration and customer service support. As well as working closely with the Commercial Manager regarding month-end, financial reporting and analysis.We work very closely with our Farmers and Farmer retailers so every day will be different and lots of fun.Role Accountabilities

• Customer service including inbound and outbound communications and working with sales managers to achieve targets and assist with sales opportunities.
• AP, AR and Supplier Management
• Managing Stock movement and reconciling stock takes with ERP system.
• Assist or lead projects as required.
• Assist commercial manager with reporting, forecasting and month-end

About you | Moe koeTo be successful in this role you will have a good commercial and financial understanding with an eagerness to develop and learn for the Commercial Manager but not afraid to get stuck into the day-to-day customer service and sales for the business. You will be someone who can manage complexity, value diversity and strive for outcomes.Ideally from a financial background, you must be highly organised, have a strong eye for detail and a passion for providing our customers the best possible service.Other skills and experience we are looking for:

• Experience in finance functions, a tertiary qualification in Finance such as CA/CPA an advantage
• Experience in systems such as SAP, Excel etc.
• Ability to analyse complex information.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and build internal relationships.
