AddressA leading property agency is seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Property Manager to join their vibrant team. This role provides a dynamic working environment where you will be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively liaise with clients, contractors, and tenants to ensure a seamless communication flow.
- Maintain and update tenancy schedules accurately across all properties.
- Handle lease negotiations and the preparation of lease documentation and disclosure statements.
- Manage notifications and implementations of lease renewals efficiently.
- Oversee continual maintenance management, including the procurement of quotes and arrangement of maintenance contracts.
- Ensure timely implementation of rent reviews and arrears management.
- Conduct budget and outgoings reporting, maintaining financial oversight of property operations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Outstanding organisational abilities, system-oriented with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong overall IT skills.
- Confidence in liaising with professionals at all levels.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial documents, agreements, and legal compliance.
Experience in the Commercial Property management sector is ideal but not essential.
Must have a valid driver's license.
