Currently seeking a Commercial Sales & Leasing Associate to join a growing department, this is a role for someone with an understanding of the dynamic Eastern Suburbs market and the ability to maintain strong, long-standing relationships with loyal clients!
This Role Will Involve:

• Prospecting for new business
• Attending to all inquiries
• Building new relationships with prospective clients
• Undertaking inspections
• Negotiating leases and sale price
• Supporting and shadowing the Managing Directors on a day-to-day basis with the transition path to becoming a standalone agent

Skills & Experience:

You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in residential or Commercial Sales or leasing.

• Strong desire to succeed in the industry
• Not afraid to pick up the phone to canvass and seek out new business
• Have the ability to influence and negotiate
• Professional work ethic with integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Current driver's license and a reliable vehicle
