This progressive community organization is searching for a skilled, motivated, experienced, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Clinical Care Team. You will oversee the operational aspects of delivering clinical care to their Aged Care and NDIS clients. Benefits:

- Provide clinical training, guidance and support to a multi disciplinary team
- Lead a team of Care Coordinators
- Monitor clinical performance and provide recommendation
- Respond to compliance and complaints matters
- Develop the care team to ensure quality care is delivered to clients
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans
- Provide clinical care including wound care and medication management
- Occasional interstate travel required
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with 2-3+ years experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a management/supervisory position
- Preferably 12 months experience in an in-home care setting
- Knowledge of Aged Care Standards and a willingness to learn NDIS and ACIA Standards
- High level clinical skills
- Excellent planning and time management
- Full Drivers' License
- Capacity and willingness to travel
