Job Pathways (“JP”) is a leading Aboriginal controlled ‘for purpose’ community development organisation. Our programs aspire to improve lives and transform communities through the delivery of the Commonwealth Government Community Development Program, NDIS Service and a Recycling social enterprise. We are looking to fill a core role to assist our CDP team in Kununurra to excel in service delivery.
The primary purpose of the Community Projects Coordinator role is supporting the development and project management of a broad range of vocational and non-vocational ‘Work for the Dole’ activities in line with identified job seeker and community requirements.
The key elements of the role include:
- Strategically thinking and planning in collaboration with the Community Projects Team and external stakeholders to create meaningful and captivating Work for the Dole initiatives.
- Effectively managing and developing a team of culturally diverse staff inclusive of Community Project Officers.
- Being responsible for supporting end-to-end project management, inclusive of all phases of a project management lifecycle.
Requirements
- National Police Certificate
- C Class Driver’s License
