- 5+ years of experience as a Company Secretary or equivalent.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative and tenacious who can hit the ground running.
- Up-to-date understanding of effective governance structure of large, listed financial institutions in Australia.
- Solid knowledge of the Corporations Act and Corporation Law.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills for navigating intricate discussions.
- Legal qualifications are highly desirable.
- Occasional interstate travel.
