An opportunity, built for you
As the Compliance & Audit Advisor you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and maintenance of health, safety & environment enhancement programs, particularly in support of large-scale construction and operations.
Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:
- Support the implementation of health, safety & environment enhancement programs.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver training sessions to enhance workforce safety awareness and implementation effectiveness
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including safety and project representatives, to promote a collective approach to safety & environment management.
- Assist in the documentation of policies and procedures related to health, safety & environment.
Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at ensuring a safe working environment, including audits, training development, compliance monitoring, and providing expert guidance to foster a culture of safety across all operational sites.

- Desirable: Experience with OFSC or ISO Audits and Requirements.
- Experience in drafting and implementing policies and procedures related to health, safety & Environment or an interest in this field.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and progress in the field.
- Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement ability.
