Do you have a passion for IT and helping people? Agnes Water State School is seeking a dynamic Information Technologies Assistant that is able to work with staff as well as students on a range of IT components across the school.
You will have a role within our school that is so important to ensure our students have the best access to technology to support maximum academic outcomes for all. Our culture is one of support and care, and we welcome the next person for our IT assistant.
This role is offered on a temporary part-time basis, working 0.4 FTE until 13 December 2024, unless otherwise determined.

Your Role
Responsibilities include:

• Undertake regular maintenance and routine repairs of all computers and associated equipment throughout the (SFIA Level 2 - ITOP)
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and software. (SFIA Level 2 - HSIN)
• Assist in the avoidance of problems and monitor the safety of your working environment by ensuring measures are implemented for the correct operation of equipment.
• Provide technical input and assist in networking computers and associated equipment.
• Assist in developing and implementation of procedures and guidelines for the correct and safe operation of computing equipment.
