Job Description
- Supervise the C+E team to ensure that the functions of the day go off without a hitch and that all tasks get completed
- Liaise with clients, kitchen, sales and operations teams to ensure that everything goes as planned
- Wow our C+E clients and guests – always go the extra mile to ensure we deliver fantastic events, memorable for all the right reasons
- Setup conference rooms promptly and accurately to the specifications described on the function sheets
- Take responsibility for your events and ensure that all requirements are delivered on time and as specified
- Maintain and improve service standards to ensure a consistent and outstanding experience for all of our guests and clients
- Teach and share your knowledge and passion with the team
- Problem solving –you never know what’s going to happen, but you need to be ready for anything
- Ideally have previous experience as an F&B Team leader or supervisor
- Positivity - you are always optimistic and ready to energise your team, no matter the circumstance
- Someone who likes people and is genuinely curious and open-minded
- A role model for the team to look up to. Who will teach and inspire them to be their best.
- Excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Attention to detail – you notice the little things and always take the time to make sure that everything is done properly
- A passion for the latest food and wine trends
- Hold a valid RSA – essential
