About the position
The City’s busy Customer Experience team is looking for motivated Contact Centre Officers to provide high quality accessible customer service for the City’s rates payers and community. Casual team members are needed to assist during busy periods and to provide leave backfill.
We have a couple of positions on offer:
- Up to 76 hours per fortnight
- Flexible position to backfill as required, with a minimum of 2 shifts per week
About You
- Are you available between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday?
- Can you easily adapt to a constantly changing environment?
- Every call is different, and some calls can be challenging so you will need to be adaptable and able to maintain your professional approach all the time.
- You need to be a team player and be willing to help a vast range of diverse customers.
- Someone who is keen to progress into a role that includes face to face interactions and cashiering
- Experience in Local Government will be highly regarded
Hourly rate: $40.73, depending on qualifications and experience, inclusive of 25% casual loading.
