Australian Tourism Data Warehouse (ATDW) is looking for a best-in-class Content Specialist to join our dynamic team as we prepare to transition to a new brand and a new digital platform.
We’re looking for a positive, proactive communicator, someone who thrives on taking ownership of projects and isn't afraid to dive in and get their hands dirty. Collaborating closely with our Industry and Marketing leaders and engaging with various stakeholders, you'll support the delivery of key content-driven projects aimed at enhancing our customer experience and engagement strategies.
From crafting user journeys to creating compelling copy, producing multimedia training materials to developing marketing collateral, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring we exceed our customers' expectations through the creation of exceptional digital content.
This position is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension. ATDW offers a remote hybrid work model, allowing you to work from your chosen remote location. However, occasional in-person meetings with our team in our Brisbane Head Office are required.
About The Responsibilities- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with diverse teams to ensure the successful execution of key content-driven projects to facilitate a smooth transition to our new digital platform.
- Craft Educational Materials: Develop a diverse range of educational resources, including written articles, training videos, landing pages, presentations, webinars and eDM’s to educate and inspire our customers.
- Create Engaging Content: Produce engaging, informative communications for our core audience groups including templated emails, success profiles, chatbot interactions, and support responses to enrich customer support services.
- Produce Marketing Collateral: Provide support to produce branded collateral including documents, templates, and promotional materials, to ensure a cohesive brand transition.
- Develop New Onboarding Processes: Design and implement intuitive customer onboarding flows, utilising user experience software to enhance user adoption rates and optimise platform usability.
- Work with Agency Partners: Work alongside external agencies as required to develop and implement key initiatives.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years demonstrated expertise in the hands-on creation of unique, detail-oriented content, ideally in the tourism industry.
- Comprehensive Knowledge: Thorough understanding of content production and creative thinking, coupled with exceptional copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong Familiarity: Comfortable using a range of digital platforms with proficiency in MS Office, CRM and CMS software, Photoshop/Canva or similar.
- Autonomous and Organised: Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects seamlessly, while autonomously driving initiatives forward with proactive communication.
- Team Player: An enthusiastic team player ready to collaborate and contribute to our inclusive work culture.
- Tertiary Qualifications: Marketing, Communications or a related discipline would be well regarded.
