Job description We're looking for a Contract Administrator for a Well-known and Established builder who has a strong presence Melbourne.

- Detailed new builds, refurbishments and fitouts in a range of markets including: Industrial, transport and Government projects.
- Projects between $1m and $35m+
- Administer Contracts (Main / Subcontracts)
- Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
- Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
- Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFI's to architects, consultants and clients
- Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
- Building or Engineering related degree or relevant experience
- Proven track record on similar projects locally
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator
- Immediate start is preferable though not essential
