Contract Administrator | Fixed Term Contract

Job description We're looking for a Contract Administrator for a Well-known and Established builder who has a strong presence Melbourne.

The Builder

• A Longstanding and Respected builder who delivers projects across Melbourne
• Strong relationships across Victoria, enabling the builder to have a consistent pipeline
• Detailed new builds, refurbishments and fitouts in a range of markets including: Industrial, transport and Government projects.
• Projects between $1m and $35m+

The Role:

• Administer Contracts (Main / Subcontracts)
• Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
• Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
• Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
• Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
• Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
• Administer RFI's to architects, consultants and clients
• Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements

About You:

• Building or Engineering related degree or relevant experience
• Proven track record on similar projects locally
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator
• Immediate start is preferable though not essential
