Truland development has specialize in residential flat building, duplex and luxury house development and construction. We are keen to looking for experienced contractor administrator to join our team.
Your key duties as a Contract Administrator are as follows:
- Liaise with associated authorities, community and government bodies;
- Liaise with inhouse project manager, and external consultants and subcontractors
- Preparation of relevant documents to obtain permits, traffic management, certificates of compliance ect;
- Subcontractor procurement;
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes and lettings;
- Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
- Monitoring progress, subcontractor claims, expenditure and financial status throughout projects;
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Support and assist Project Team;
- Prepare reports to senior management.
- Document Control, Cost and project reporting via Procore
- Check and process all suppliers and subcontractor claims/invoices prior to payment. Ensure compliance with the NSW Security of Payments Act guidelines.
- The documentation and issue for review to Project Managers of all Technical Procedures and ITPs to ensure all Quality, Safety, Environmental and Technical obligations are achieved and maintained.
