We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about agreements, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and revising contracts and negotiating legal agreements with customers
- Monitoring the compliance of contractual obligations.
- Acting as the subject-matter expert to provide accurate advice for complex enquiries associated with contractual obligations.
- Communicating changes of contract contracts to the Senior Project Manager and the relevant parties.
- Analysis of project requirements and assist in project administration.
- Liasing with the project team to ensure that deadlines and milestones of the existing contracts are achieved in a timely manner.
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Disbursements approval.
- Subcontractor file compliance.
- Preparing purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Insurance arrangements in place for key risks at all times at competitive rates and options for minimising costs are explored.
To be eligible you must have:
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project administration and cost reporting.
- Familiarity with subcontractor management and purchase order processes.
- Understanding of risk management and insurance practices.
