ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM
Working closely with our Corporate Client and G4S staff across three sites, we are seeking a motivated and professional Operations Manager to oversee the day to day operations of: Control Room, Concierge and Static Guarding, with the support of your supervisory team of four. Keeping the fulfilment of client operational requirements a priority, you will be responsible for:
- Reporting any significant anomalies or trends, to minimise potential deficits to service provision
- Coordinating client site visitation, meetings and stakeholder engagement
- Adapting and implementing changes, working flexible hours as a point of escalation
- Prepare and distribute fortnightly rosters
- Relocate security officer and coordinate resources as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in a client facing management role within a corporate security space
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- A high level of computer literacy and attention to detail
- Security Licence is preferable
