We are looking for an enthusiast Contract Management Officer to join Program Development and Effectiveness team.

The Role
As Contract Management Officer, you will provide high quality contract administrative support in order to support effective Contract Management function of Oxfam Australia. You will also provide surge support to Contract Management Coordinators as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
A little about you (the key selection criteria):
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Demonstrated competence and initiative in a broad range of contract administrative tasks including document management, finance systems and basic donor contract requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contractual documents, including understanding of payment and reporting schedules and associated requirements.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with demonstrated technical competence in data management and program management systems, particularly SAP, NGO Online, Business Intelligence, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of international development issues and the ability to use this knowledge and understanding to support team processes.
