Job description

Lead contract coordination, drive compliance, and foster strategic collaborations for seamless RSC Contract Management.

The role of the Contract Manager - DFR proactively supports the Adecco DFR business unit with matters relating to the administration and management of Adecco’s Recruitment Services Contract with Defence. This includes managing the process for Contract Change Requests, Scope and Quotations, Contract Notices, Remediation Plans, Contract Status Reporting and other contractual obligations and deliverables.

Detailed Job Description

As the Contract Manager, you will coordinate the quarterly Contract Status Report, manage contract notices and changes, and oversee deliverables and audit records. You will also support governance forums and collaborate with Heads of Functions and the DBCM function for effective RSC Contract Management.

You will be responsible for:

Contract Administration

  • Coordination of the quarterly Contract Status Report
  • Secretariat responsibilities for the Contract Management Committee including minutes and action tracking
  • Preparation of Contract Notifications and other relevant correspondence with the Commonwealth
  • Preparation and delivery against Remediation Plans

Contract Management

  • Ensuring Contract Notices received are actioned appropriately
  • Facilitation of the Contract Change Proposal and Scope and Quotation Process
  • Providing input, Analysis and Insights into the Contract Status Report
  • Facilitation of the submission of Deliverables to the Commonwealth
  • Understanding and creating audit records around Contract Obligations including Commonwealth Policies
  • Ownership and oversight of the Governance forums required under the Contract

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Working with Heads of Functions to support the responsibilities above
  • Working with the DBCM function in all matters relating to RSC Contract Management

Education and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Law
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with complex government contracts
  • 10+ years of experience in similar roles across various industries
