Seen as one of the largest capital projects in the water sector in Hunter region, the community is expecting a sustainable outcome for the nature of a seawater desalination plant.

It is also the first project in Hunter Water pursuing an IS Rating, as part of its Carbon Neutral Strategy by 2035. About the role: We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to assist in preparations and negotiate with sub-contractors for the calling of quotations and letting of contracts and provide contract administration services to manage the commercial and legal aspects of the contracts including the management, negotiation and finalisation of variations, delays and other contractual claims and assist in the project’s control of contract costs. Responsibilities of the role include: Draft scopes of works and tender packages to accompany requests for quotations issued to subcontractors for projects.
