About the role 

The Contracts Administrator - Planning Resources and Property provides effective project and contract administration across all activities associated with the delivery of PCI projects.  The role will also assist with the budget preparation for Executive Director endorsement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new suppliers and consultants into the business
  • Review and administer supplier contracts including standard terms and conditions.
  • Administer and maintain project costings and forecasting including variations.
  • Administer and maintain project records and ensure project files hold complete project records.
  • Ensure supplier orders are issued in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete job costing information.
  • Issue sub-contract work orders and purchase orders
  • Review and verify contractor and consultant invoices for team leader approval.
  • Execute other general administrative activities to support projects as needed.
  • Any other tasks as required from time to time.

Key skills and experience 

  • Tertiary Qualification in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Quality Surveying
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • A shown ability to administer and maintain project costings and forecasting - including variations.
  • Time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with great communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A high level of administrative and organisational skill incorporating a high level of computer literacy.
