Contracts Administrator - Intermediate

Work on a variety of new build projects up to $15M. Small team where your contribution is recognised & appreciated. Located Fortitude Valley

Your Next Employer is a small builder who specialise in new build construction, fit-out and refurbishment of projects up to $20M. They work in various sectors including education/childcare, industrial, retail, hospitality and residential. They have built a strong portfolio of repeat clients through working smarter and delivering projects exceeding customer expectations.
YOUR Role will see you join a tight knit team with a good culture who work together to ensure the projects are completed on time and budget while maintaining quality builds. You will be responsible for Head Contract management, financial forecasting, procurement, writing detailed scopes of work, cost reporting, progress claims, variations, EOT's, NOD's, RFI's. Your role as a Contracts Administrator will see you become an integral part of the team and this role provides a genuine opportunity to show case your skills.
YOUR Experience

• Previous Contracts Administration experience within the Building industry, preferably 3+ years
• You will be passionate about the industry and enjoy working as part of a team
• You will be a collaborative communicator and have the ability to negotiate and build rapport with stakeholders
• Degree or Diploma qualified (or equivalent experience) within construction managment
• A thorough understanding of Contract Law principals & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Strong IT knowledge and experience using Procore is a must for this role
