Intrepid Cleaning is a services business with a focus on tech. We provide cleaning to Perth schools. We are energetic and focus on providing an outstanding service to our clients.
We are looking for a client focussed Contracts Manager to effectively manage and lead multiple teams to successfully deliver cleaning services across a portfolio of school sites in the Perth metro area.

- Motivate and communicate effectively with team members, suppliers and clients
- Solve problems ingeniously and quickly as they arise, within the established and approved organisational systems and technology.
- Administratively competent and comfortable with using normal business tools such as Gmail, Excel.
- A drive to deliver an outstanding result for the client. A genuine interest in job satisfaction through customer satisfaction.
- A high degree of accuracy, follow-through, and accountability.
- If needed, be relied on to get your hands dirty and help the team get the job done.
THE ROLE
Responsible for delivering a high-quality service to the client, this position is responsible for ensuring service level KPIs and budgets are met and will have ultimate responsibility for the ongoing successful fulfilment of the contracts.
This role uses established standards, guidelines and procedures to deliver a high quality cleaning service across a portfolio of schools.
Day to day tasks include:
- Daily communications and onsite presence to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
- Managing a team of supervisors and cleaners.
- Overseeing the daily and weekly work schedule, including planning around school events.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and checklists for staff to follow.
- Ensuring OH&S, as well as company standards, guidelines and processes are strictly followed and adhered to.
