As the team continues to go from strength to strength WE at Workforce Extensions Geelong are thrilled to be Supporting Geelong Property Conveyancing in seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join their team.

This broad role will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties including;

• Managing residential files from start to finish
• Preparing contracts and drafting correspondence
• Lodging documents and coordinating settlements
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other stakeholders
• Liaising with real estate agents and solicitors.
• Hold official records of payments and contracts.
• Liaise with financial institutions regarding funds required to proceed to settlement

Applicants with the following skills, attributes and experiences are encouraged to apply:

• Previous experience in a conveyancing role
• An ability to run files from end-to-end autonomously with minimal supervision
• Sound attention to detail, communication and time management skills
• A proactive and resilient attitude with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong administrative and technological skills
