The role
Our client is a boutique general practice law firm in Townsville CBD. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will run residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include contract perusal, dealing with clients and brokers, banks, agents, following up on outstanding conditions, on line searches, settlement statements, PEXA settlements, on line stamping and lodgements and general file management duties.
Your experience
You will have experience running conveyancing files from start to finish.

Well established general practice law firm located in Townsville CBD. Friendly and supportive staff culture. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $85,000 + Super).
