The role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include client liaison, preparing correspondence and transfer documents, following up on outstanding conditions, on line searches, using LEAP, organising settlement and doing settlement figures, working with Pexa and general file management duties.
You
You will have a minimum of 2 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience. You will also have excellent time management skills, work well in a team and have very good customer service skills.
