The Position
We have an opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our conveyancing team on a full time or part time basis.
You will be responsible for running Residential Conveyancing Files from A - Z.
Core duties and responsibilities of the role include:-
- Opening and closing files;
- Speaking with clients, agents, law firms, banks and brokers;
- Negotiating contract conditions;
- Conducting property searches;
- Drafting correspondence, Transfer Documents and general documents;
- Calculating settlement figures;
- Calculating shortfall funds for clients;
- Arranging settlements;
- In-house Stamping;
- Preparing and lodging Title Office forms.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will possess the following:-
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role;
- Maturity and ability to work under minimal supervision;
- Reliability and dedication to work;
- Friendly and positive attitude a must;
- Commitment to building strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents and other conveyancers/lawyers;
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;
- Great communication skills (written & verbal);
- Dedication to produce high quality work;
- Strong time management and organisational skills;
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- PEXA proficient or willing to learn;

We are a boutique conveyancing law firm located in Windaroo.
We pride ourselves on our ability to foster and maintain strong and rewarding relationships, not only with clients but also with agents, brokers and other law firms.
The Details
- Immediate start.
- Full-time basis between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
- Salary negotiable dependent upon experience and referral base.
