Since our incorporation in 1977, Bloodwood Tree have worked tirelessly to advocate for, and support, Aboriginal, disadvantaged, at-risk, and homeless people in Port Hedland and the surrounding communities.From its humble beginnings in Edgar Street, Bloodwood Tree has evolved to become a well-respected, wholly Aboriginal controlled institution in South Hedland. Bloodwood Tree continues to ‘help the community in all ways’ through alcohol and other drug counselling, cultural mental health support, employment and training services, homelessness support, a Sobering up Centre,
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in providing career, training and employment advice would be an advantage.
- Prior experience in using the Client Relationship Management System (preferred)
- Previous experience in leading a small team.
- Understanding of KPI's
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate the Jobs and Skills Centre to achieve all KPI's and performance related targets.
- Assist and coordinate to achieve outcomes for visits to outreach..
- CRM entries are entered onto a database by the end of each month.
- Assist with the annual Bloodwood Tree Career Expo.
- Liaise with key external stakeholders within the community.
- Deal with all Administration matters in a timely manner.
- Report to Operations Manager on a regular basis.
