This position is responsible for the leadership of The Gordon Skills and Jobs Centre (SJC).
This includes the day-to-day operation, management, and continuous improvement of the centre in line with strategic objectives, leading a team of specialist career practitioners and customer liaison staff, monitoring and reporting on key deliverables including service delivery targets.
The role requires a career development specialist with high-level interpersonal and communication skills, strong people and project management Skills And the ability to build and maintain collaborative networks and partnerships with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders (including community, industry and government) to facilitate the delivery of SJC services in line with service delivery guidelines and targets.
The successful incumbent will be primarily based at our Geelong City Campus, however, will be expected to travel to our other campuses and partner organisations in other areas of Geelong and Wyndham as required.

Salary $92,682 to $105,233 p.a plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
