Summary:

The Financial Manager will oversee the finances of a banking and financial services company, providing guidance to senior management and managing cash flow, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial systems of the company
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Manage cash flow and internal control systems
• Manage external relationships with auditors, bankers, and financial institutions
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic planning and business development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of financial management experience in banking or financial services
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
