AddressT+O+M Executive are working with a top ASX Listed Energy Group to hire a Corporate Development Manager position.
- Support the GM for Corporate Development and other Senior Executives
- Accountable for energy infrastructure transactions and support growth initiatives
- $190k - $210k base super + bonus opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead for day-to-day M&A transactions
- Oversight on valuation, financial analysis and transactions strategy
- Due diligence management, identification of key transactions and mitigation strategies
- Identification of key transaction risks and mitigation strategies
- Drive BU growth and support business development
- Manage financial modelling activities for transactions and interpret financial outputs
- Drive effective business relationships with both external & internal stakeholders
- Provide leadership and coach junior staff members
About You:
- CA, CPA or CFA qualification is desired
- Experience working in an energy or infrastructure transactions environment is highly desired
- Proven track record in executing M&A strategies
- Experience in financial modelling, valuations analysis, due diligence & deals structuring
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
