The Role
We are seeking a professional and polished Corporate Receptionist who will manage the front of house co-ordination, ensuring an exceptional client experience and a high level of administrative support for consultants and staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front of house co-ordination including, greeting clients, coordinating and monitoring office bookings, taking calls and taking detailed messages
- Ensure office facilities and services are maintained including, acting as the key point of contact for building maintenance issues and managing service contracts
- Ensure high-quality presentation of meeting and conference rooms, ordering stationery, ensure kitchen and meeting rooms are tidy
- Support with event coordination, ordering catering, produce name badges
- Provide administrative support to the Melbourne and national office staff
Experience
This is a fast-paced, client focused, best practice environment and we are looking for a professional Corporate Receptionist with strong customer service and attention to detail. It is essential you have exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a practical, pragmatic, and intuitive approach. Equally it will be your customer-centric focus and strong sense of urgency that will set you up for success.
