We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to join a leading client based in Perth CBD. The role is responsible for the implementation of project controls management, processes and procedures, development of project control capabilities and the provision of capital budgeting and cost forecasting services and support.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Maintain project budgets.
- Assist project manager issuing monthly invoices
- Variance analysis
- Cashflow forecasting
- Review and consolidate project data for reporting
- Checking cost to date for accuracy and correct coding and identifying missing costs/accruals.
- To ensure the setting and achievement of Cost Control Group KPI's and measures
- Promote a supportive and constructive work environment
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Required - Minimum 2 years experience within project costing
- Required - Project experience
- Required - A clear understanding of costing methodologies, forecasting & budget control
- Required - Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Required - Understanding of purchasing to pay process
- Required - Available to start a new 29/04/2024
