THE CLIENT

THE ROLE

• Inbox inquiries management
• Minimise overdue balances and debts
• Payment Allocations when required
• Timely and effective collections by phone and email
• Resolve both internal and external queries
• Weekly and month end reporting
• Meeting individual and team KPIs
• Maintain and build strong stakeholder relationship
• Assisting other team members when required

THE PERSON

• AR or Credit background ideal but not essential
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Intermediate Excel, Word & Outlook
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Work efficiently in a high volume/fast paced environment
