Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including credit checks, invoicing, and debt recovery.
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action.
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer transactions and interactions in our accounting system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable management.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
