Skills & Experience
? Must have experience in a similar role in the kitchen
? Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery, but not essential
? Have an understanding of food safety requirements
? Implementation for seasonal changes and weekly and weekend Specials.
? Liaising with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
? Excellent communication and time management skills are essential
? Exceptional personal presentation standards
? Integrity and honesty are essential
Ability to stock take and order from suppliers effectively
Ability to create specials and introduce it to management

Work alongside the Chef in the daily running of the kitchen.
Be responsible preparing and cooking food to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and food service.
