Your opportunity:

The Urban Utilities Revenue Services Team, has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Customer Administration Officer to join their Customer Care Team until June 2025.  This role will be responsible for providing high-quality customer focussed support services to the Revenue Services team, managing a high volume of tasks and liaising with a variety of internal and external customers. 

Key accountabilities will include:

• Efficiently manage a high volume of transactional tasks across a variety of areas in a set timeframe
• Contribute to team performance by actively meeting daily targets
• Confidently liaise with internal and external customers to process account enquiries
• Proactively manage tasks to minimise impact to the business and for a positive customer experience

About you:

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about shaping our future and ideally have the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to navigate multiple systems confidently
• Enthusiastic, motivated team player with high level interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to identify competing priorities
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.  
• Billing experience desirable
