As a result this new exciting opportunity has been created for a Customer Relations and Revenue Growth Manager with strong leadership skills and experience. The role has responsibilities for procurement of contracts, tenders, compiling of bids, and pricing, whilst building relationships with functional stakeholders, the business development team, external subject experts and customers. This position can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Perth and will require full time working from home. You will be responsible for building relationships with the Business Development Team and key stakeholders for upcoming Tenders. This will involve defining and managing commercial terms and conditions, building dynamic pricing models for commercial contracts maintaining margins, and developing attractive contractual models for all parties. You will be responsible for driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and achieve growth targets and negotiating and liaising with Legal on contracts terms, and understand legal and regulatory compliance of contracts and their execution. You will also support the BD team by analysing key metrics like profitability, cash flow, et. al. of commercial opportunities.
Suitable candidates must have 3+ years prior experience in business development, negotiation, tendering process and/or commercial management and strong commercial acumen and business understanding. You will have experience in managing Customer Relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving Revenue Growth and may have held previous roles in contract management, procurement, or business development. You will have strong negotiation skills and ability to successfully close deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Valuable will be experience in developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing sales pipelines. You will have a solid understanding of financial principles and be able to analyze sales data, forecasts, and budgets and have the ability to set and achieve revenue targets, manage pricing strategies, and optimize profitability. Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, develop effective sales strategies and ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks is required.
