Servicing customers nationally, we are seeking individuals who thrive in a busy and fast paced environment and a strong background in Customer Services is essential. Working in a strong team environment, you will be guided and supported to ensure your success and longevity in the role.
This role requires exceptional levels of service to be delivered at all times, as it is the first point of contact for all customer contact as you will be working on the front line for their long standing Australian brand.
Duties:
- Dealing with a range of customers, couriers and key stakeholders, which combines a small amount inbound and outbound calls as well as significant email communication.
- Provide regular informative updates for all open enquiries.
- Investigate issues and promptly escalate and collaborate with the
Customer Service Management and Account Management team to
proactively resolve freight issues.
- Experience within freight & logistics is highly desirable
- Previous Customer Service experience
- A bubbly and helpful personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills including multi screen navigation
- Ideally you will have experience using Salesforce
