We are seeking a reliable, highly motivated, self-sufficient Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team. ABOUT YOU
Your friends and family would describe you as having a positive can-do attitude with a warm and energetic personality. You are committed to making a difference and have confidence in building relationships with our internal and external stakeholders. You are known for your strong administration skills with a natural eye for Customer Service.
You will also have;
- A positive “how can I help” attitude towards Customer Service
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with effective time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confident and Friendly phone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Proven Customer Service background
- A strong intuitive and ability to know what and when to multitask and prioritise
- A background in rehabilitation or health services would be advantageous but not essential.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and become a key member of Actevate's administration team
- Answering customer enquiries and managing client requests
- Support with developing and managing client relationships
- Co-ordinating client appointments/bookings nationwide
- Accurate, efficient data entry management of Actevate's client manager system (Case Manager)
- Timely completion of all internal staff requests, including but not limited to printing, scanning, bookings, data entry, reports
- Processing patient referrals
- Managing the administration emails
- General administration tasks
- Diary management (as required)
