The Company
Working closely with a small team of Customer Service professionals, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assistance to customers within this well-known organisation. Based in Western Sydney, this opportunity needs an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Position
Working within a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager, your daily tasks will include;
- Manage customer enquiries
- Provide customers with quotes, orders and enquires
- Process orders and record customer information into SAP
- Develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- General administrative duties
The Candidate
The successful applicant will have Customer Service experience, and display the following attributes:
- Professional Customer Service – Retail experience welcome.
- High-level communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and follow customer enquires through to conclusion
- Operates with a sense of urgency
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to build relationships
