In their recently renovated office in North Sydney, you’ll join their membership team, receiving comprehensive training and a thorough handover to ensure a seamless transition into this short term, 3 – 4 week temporary role.

As a confident, professional, and adept communicator, you can step into this role requiring extensive phone-based interactions at a crucial time of the year. Working closely with the Senior Membership Coordinator, you’ll collaborate to efficiently manage an extensive project, overseeing the renewal and payment process for existing memberships. Ensuring accuracy of information will be paramount in this temporary contract as you update the CRM and adhere to processes to meet strict compliance deadlines for membership renewals. Effective planning and organisation will be essential in this role to document communication points and member progress, liaising with accounts to ensure invoices and payments are processed promptly. If you thrive on tasks of a repetitive nature, enjoy ticking off to-do lists, and relish conversing with a diverse range of individuals, you’ll find a sense of fulfillment upon completing this project!
A snapshot of your role…
- Maintain accurate records of member information, including contact details, membership status, and payment history
- Corresponding with members via phone to provide updates, reminders, and support related to membership renewal and payments
- Handle incoming payments from members, record transactions accurately, and reconcile accounts on the CRM
- Providing excellent Customer Service to members by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance as needed
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to membership management and data privacy
