THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $63,546 - $68,996 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT
Location: Chadstone campus. Occasionally work from other campuses.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: Ongoing appointment, with a 6-month qualifying period.
The Department of Learning Skills Centre provides a progressive, innovative, and supportive environment with strong industry links. The department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team.
This individual must be dedicated and passionate with the student experience at the forefront of their mind. Prove timely responses to student queries and the wider business.
The successful candidate will Coordinate and organise a range of administrative functions required to support the Manager, Learning Skills Centre.
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant Degree in Business Administration with relevant work experience; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
- Extensive industry experience (vocational, education background) or similar
- Current Victorian Employer Working with Children Check
- Strong written, computer, and problem-solving skills, organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate work tasks to meet requirements and timelines.
